New Year's Eve

From 6:00 PM – Welcome glass of sparkling wine in our winter garden.

A served soup:

  • Velvety carrot-orange soup with cream and caramelized walnuts

Starters:

  • Home-smoked trout fillet with creamy horseradish
  • Smoked salmon with honey-mustard-dill dip
  • Fried prawn skewers with garlic
  • Pink roasted venison saddle on Waldorf salad
  • Beef carpaccio with herb-balsamic marinade, shaved Parmesan and arugula
  • Homemade vegetarian antipasti selection
  • Vitello tonnato – veal with tuna cream and capers 

Salads:

  • Large colorful fresh salad platter with various dressings
  • Tomato slices with mozzarella and fresh basil 

Main Courses:

  • Monkfish ragout in Riesling sauce
  • Strips of grilled salmon with lemongrass sauce
  • Veal loin in herb crust with madeira sauce
  • Pink roasted duck breast with orange sauce
  • Pink roasted beef fillet with cognac pepper-cream sauce
  • Young venison leg in Burgundy cream with lingonberries
  • Served with gratin potatoes, homemade egg spaetzle, butter rice, Brussels sprouts, gratin fennel, and mixed vegetables. 

Desserts:

  • Cheese platter garnished with grapes
  • Homemade tiramisu
  • Homemade Bavarian cream with raspberry sauce
  • Homemade chocolate mousse
  • Fresh fruit salad 

Extras:

  • New Year’s fireworks
  • Dance until morning with DJ Alex Barnett
